 Can you remember a time when you just felt wonderful? It will do everything it can to keep you alive. I'm about to tell you a true story, If you believe me, you will be rewarded. If you don't believe me, I will make it worth your while to change your mind. Let me explain. On a beautiful summer's day, in 1990 I got a phone call from my brother-in-law. " … Joe, he said. I have some bad news … Your sister has been diagnosed with cancer". Cancer I said, what kind of cancer? He told me not to worry; they said it was a carcinoma. Now, I had no idea what a carcinoma was fromBarcelona. He went on to tell me that it was in her lung and they would simply operate and remove it. Great! I said. Well, that's not the end. A short time later t hey removed part of her lung … a few years later after much pain … they remover part of her intestines. The surgeon made a mistake putting the intestines back in so they had to open my sister back up and rearrange her intestines so she could eat. Then it just got worse. The pain was excrusiating and she didn't want to go to the hospital anymore. Then one day she went into a coma … and died. They later discovered that she didn't have a carcinoma she had melanoma. They made a mistake! Yes, our medical establishment makes mistakes. This mistake is partly why my sister died. The THIRD cause of death is Heart Disease. The SECOND is Cancer. The FIRST cause of death in this country is our medical establishment . You have a 37% chance of dying just by entering a hospital for treatment.
Your ultimate goal in life should be to NEVER have to go to the hospital! The reason I tell this story is because my sister's illness could have been prevented. Most doctors don't know a lot about nutrition and neither did my sister. My brother died from Bladder Cancer and his doctors weren't any better. I told you this story because I don't want this to happen to you or one of your loved ones. After you read the rest of this page … YOU will know the biological cause of illness and how to prevent it. There are "Tools" right now that you can use to get healthier, feel younger and help others do the same thing.  The Problem : 100 years ago most of the food at that time was organic. Now, you have to go to a special store and pay extra for it. Today, food is cooked or processed to a point where it's not even food anymore. Example; Anything sold on the market that is liquid must be, by law pasteurized. That means it must be heated to over 140 degrees before it is put into a bottle. All the nutrition is cook out. This is anything sold in liquid form over the counter. So much for any liquid vitamin, mineral and nutritional suppliments. In the last 100 years they have introduced over 80,000 new chemicals in the processing of food. Now you know why they call it the "Food and Drug" association. The drugs put in the food make you sick. Artificial sweetener and butters like aspertame and margarine are not food. They are man made chemicals. The drug companies and the food companies are working together. You eat foods that are artificial (chemicals) then you get sick. You go to the doctor who prescribes chemicals (poison) and you get sicker. You then go to a specialist who will either do surgery (cut), chemo, or radiation (burn). Now, sometimes these have there place but think about it. It's either Poison, Cut or Burn when you go to the doctor. When was the last time you went to your doctor and he/she asked you what you are eating? If your doctor asks this, I want to work with him/her. These are the doctors that are learning nutrition but, sadly, they are in the minority. Radio and television manipulate us into buying things. Commercials will state that their product is this wonderful thing ... then it gets taken off the market. Commercials pay for the shows we watch and they have an agenda and that is to sell you something. They are so crafty in the way they advertise that you can't tell if it's the truth or B.S. Being politically correct has taken over the air waves and the truth is suppressed. No wonder people are confused about what is good for their body and what isn't. The Solution ! You must take personal responsibility for your health and happiness.

If it's not food, your body doesn't know what it is. Your body then conciders it a toxin and your Liver and Kidneys have to deal with it! Prescriptions Medications Aspartame Sucralose Transfats Margarine Food substitutes are Man Made Chemicals that may be killing you at worst or giving you migraines, allergies, pains or skin problems. Special note : Follow your doctors instructions. If you have a health challenge get the proper medical attention from a qualified medical professional.
Why we get disease : Years ago when food was more organic. The cause of disease was usually from a virus, parasite or bacteria. Then they found the "magick pill" that could wipe out the disease by killing the bug. Antibiotics became the "Magic Bullet" against disease Now a days, doctors are using the same "Magick Pill" reasoning to stop degenerative disease. There is NO cure for degenerative disease ... only prevention! If you understand how degenerative disease works, you will know how to prevent it.
Here is where the balance comes in! FREE RADICALS vs ANTIOXIDANTS Free Radicals (FR) are formed in the body because of the burning of fuel (glucose) for energy. Free Radical (FR) are in the form of peroxides Imagine Little "Red Hot" BB's. This is just the normal function of the body. These "BBs" go through out your whole body and strike every cell you have. Every cell in your body takes at least 10,000 Free Radical hits per day! This may be the Main Cause of Disease and Cancer! When a FR hits the outside membrane of your cell it causes damage to the membrane. If this damage isn't stoped ... more damage is caused by the onslaught of these FR. Eventually, the cell breaks down and diseases.When a FR hits your DNA ... the gene turns from a Polygene to an oncogene and mutates into a cancer. That is why a cancer doctor is called an "Onco logyst". There is nothing you can do about the Free Radicals ... it is a natural thing. Sometimes the body's immune system will use FR in it's favor. The problem starts when you have too many. If you are battling the flu, break a bone, or have a cut, you will have considerably more FR in your body. When you eat processed foods that are filled with preservatives and artificial food substances, you increase the toxins in your body and thus increase FR. Eating these foods (that are toxic) will break down your intestines and cause your gut to leak out toxic food particles in your body cavity and this may lead to arthritis, skin problems and fibromyalgia. There is a way of getting rid of them! Antioxidants:Fresh Raw Fruits and Vegetables are full of them. They nutralize the Free Radicals and then the body gets rid of them. Imagine Cooling Waters If you don't eat Raw foods you won't have all of the Antioxidant nutralizers. Your immune system has to work overtime to try and get rid of the assult. If your immune system is fighting off too many FR it doesn't have the time to heal any disease that is building up in your body and things just get worse. Most Liver damage is caused by too much toxic food. It will literaly stop working for you. I believe our body is designed to heal. If you still have the body part you can heal it. That's is why eating Fruits AND Vegetables every day is so important! Antioxidant suppliments are never as good as real live food. All the studies say to get your Vitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants from Real Food, Fresh raw foods have what they call, "Sideline Essentials". These are natural chemicals in the food that are sideline from the A-Z vitamins and mineral.
These sideline essential or phytonutrients don't have any calories but, they are chock full of antioxidants and tools that are many times more powerful than vitamins alone. Your body NEEDS these sideline phytonutrients ... that is why they are called Essentials.
DIGESTION, ENZYMES and FIBER Digestion needs Enzymes! Enzymes are in Fresh Raw Food. These little cridders go around and munch through the food you eat and break it down to help in the digestive process. Even through the Colon. If you don't have live enzymes in your food, the food takes longer to digest. The food sits in your intestines and rots. Then the undigested food may clog up your Colon ... can you say Diverticulitous? If you don't eat food with live enzymes y our body will steal enzymes from your body's internal reserves. That breaks down that part of your body. As you get older you start running out of your enzyme reserves. This is one reason why older people get sick more often. There are nine essential enzymes that your body needs.
Micro and Macro Nutrients Micro's are the Tools Vitamins, Minerals, Enzymes, Phyto Nutrients, Amino Acids, Etc. (The basic building block TOOLS for the body) Macro'sare the Fuel Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats are the FUELSyou burns for energy. When your cells burn these fuels it creates Free Radicals The Tools (Antioxidants) in the raw food nutralize these Free Radicals, Help rebuild up cells, assist the immune system and balances and maintain your body. 1. Eat Foods that are Micro Nutrient dense. 2. Reduce the foods that have little or no Micro nutrients 3. Avoid the toxic foods that have negative nutrients.
For Example, Spinach, Broccoli, Cantalope and Strawberries arePLUS's They are High in micro nutrients. Toastadas, Canned Fruits, White Bread and Hash Browns are ZERO'S. They have almost no nutrition. Union Rings, Potato Chips, Candy Bars, Artificial Sweetenersare NEGATIVE's They are Flat Out NOT good for you.
Your body has several guages. Two guages in particular are a Hunger guage and a Nutrition guage Your Hunger Guage tells you when you're Hungry, and your Nutrition Guagetells you when you're starving. 
Over weight people are starving for nutrition.
The Starvation Cycle (Weight Gain/Disease)1. Breakfast : You skip a healthy breakfast. 2. A cup of coffee and maybe a donut or two This is when you must eat. Your metabolizm wants to get started in the morning! If you don't eat a breakfast, your metaboizm will slow down in the morning. 3. Lunch: A Soda a Burger and Fries or You skip this meal and nibble Now your nutrition guage is on empty and your body starts looking for sugar to convert to fat to save your starving body. 4. Dinner: Lean Beef, Mashed Potato, Canned Green Beans and Ice Tea This should be your smallest meal of the day. Your metabolizm is slowing down.
You can see the cycle above will not give you the Micro's you need and when you need them. Not only that, most calories are eaten in the evening. The evening is when your metabolizm naturally slows down and the body stores the fat. Eat a big healthy breakfast when your metabolizm needs the nutrition and less food in the evening when your metabolizm slows down is one key to controling weight. To know how many "Quality" calories your body needs, take your ideal weight and put a 0 behind it. This is your Base Metabolic Rate (BMR). Example: You want to be 150 pounds. You add 150 to 0 and get 1,500 calories. This is how many Quality calories you need just to sit on the couch and push the remote button. Then you add in the energy for what ever activities are in your life and it will add up to about 2,000 +/- calories a day. This calculation is how the RDA gets the 2,000 calorie a day average that you see on the back of product lables. If you have a more active life style, you will obviously need more Quality calories or your body will start starving and you will gain weight or your body will start shuting down.
Losing weight isn't eating less and exercising more. If you eat less (you get less nutrition) and exercise more (you produce more Free Radicals) This can be a deadly mix. This is why some healthy people have heart attacks while jogging . If you don't get enough quality calories to feed your life style you will go into what is called"Starvation Mode".
How to know you are in Starvation Mode : You start getting warning signals. WARNINGS: You gain weight. If you don't change your eating habits the body starts slowing down little things, ... like your Metabolizm, Immune system, Eye Sight, Energy, sound sleep, the list continues, Eczema, Irritable Bowel, Acne, Tendenitis, Heart Burn and more weight gain. So what do people do instead of eating right ... They use poison: Asprin, Antibiotics, Antacids, Anti Inflamitory Drugs and other Medications. Adding in ... the increased Free Radicals because of the lack of Antioxidants, your digestive system is working harder than it should because of the lack of Enzymes, your intestinal balance is thrown off because of the killing of "Good' bacteria from the medication and everything starts working against you.
If your diet doesn't change -------- The warnings get bigger : Pain in the Stomach and Joints, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Brain Fade, Irritablility, Mood Swings and Anxiety, Short Temper, sleep problems and Acid Reflux. Then instead of eating right, you go to the doctor and you get a prescription for more medications (poison). More and more doctors are looking into better nutrition. Sadly there aren't enough. If your doctor asks you "... what are you eating"? He is a smart doctor and I would like to meet that doctor! If you diet still doesn't change ------ The warnings just get BIGGER : Heart Disease, Cancer, Prescriptions (Poison), Radiation/Chemo (Burn) or Surgery (cut) and then pain medication (Poison) until Death.
So, now you have it. Between the lack of nutrition, the Medications (poison), Surgery (Cut), Chemo/Radiation (Burn) and the Free Radicals, you really have a serious problem! Poison, Cut and Burn is not the answer. Though they may have their place and be neccessary in some conditions, just like behavual problems aren't a Ridalin deficiency, Degenerative Disease isn't a Medication, Radiation or Surgical dificiency! Wellness Cycle 1. Breakfast: Wake up and eat a nurtitious breakfast! 2. Lunch: Fresh Raw Food with a little protein. 3. Dinner: More Fresh Raw Food with a little protein Drink at least 64 ounces of water every day. You can see that Wellness cycle phase I is obviously more nutritious. The problem is, We Don't Do It.
Wellness Cycle Alternative 1. Breakfast : If you don't eat a nurtitious breakfast take Salad Pills 2. Lunch : Burger & Fries. 3. Dinner : If you don't eat a nurtitious dinner, take food capsules You can see that Wellness cycle phase II is like the "Starvation Cycle" except you included Salad Pills .
